Today we’ll read a time when the community of Israel gathered and told stories together: stories of their past, their ancestry. They sang these stories to focus their lives on what mattered most—their relationship with Yahweh.

What can we learn from their stories to shape how we as a church community tell the story of Jesus?

“Let the redeemed of the LORD tell their story.” (Psalm 107:2)
