SETH MILLHOAN, Lead Minister
Seth joined the Echo staff in the summer of 2018 after nearly eight years as a student minister at another Cincinnati congregation. In addition to leading the staff at Echo, he focuses his time on teaming up with church leaders to produce strategic initiatives to help people connect with their communities.
After attending Cincinnati Christian University for three years, Seth transferred to Northern Kentucky University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Radio & Television.
Seth lives with his wife and three daughters in East Price Hill. He loves baseball, basketball, barbeque, and bread. He is willing and ready to talk about any or all of these things.
KENDRA DUNAHUGH, Associate Minister
Kendra is originally from Hillsboro, Ohio and moved to the westside of Cincinnati in 2011, when she began her studies in music, worship, and psychology at Cincinnati Christian University. She graduated from CCU in 2015 with a Bachelor of Music. Kendra has worked in the fields of mental health, music education, and early childhood education.
Kendra has been on staff at Echo since the summer of 2015. Her primary roles within the church involve leading the Echo Kids ministry and overseeing church involvement within the Walnut Hills community.
Kendra resides in East Price Hill with her husband, Garrett, and their daughter. She enjoys creativity of all kinds and is particularly passionate about using the arts to empower children in finding their own unique voice in the world.
DILLON HAMILTON, Worship Minister
Dillon, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, has been leading worship for 15 years. Dillon found his way to Echo in 2009, when he and his wife relocated to her hometown. By day, he manages servers for PNC Bank. He, his wife, Kathy, and sons, Owen and Finn, live in Miami Township.
KELLY CARR, Teaching Minister
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Kelly studied at Cincinnati Christian University before graduating from Northern Kentucky University. She was one of a handful of people who founded Echo Church in 2005, and she’s lived with her family in Walnut Hills ever since.
For over two decades Kelly has been helping people shape their communication and share their stories through writing and editing, especially in the church realm. She is now blessed to dig into God’s Word with the family of Echo and discover together how to live it out.
CHRIS COX, Teaching Minister
Born and raised in Maysville, Kentucky, Chris holds multiple degrees in ministry from Cincinnati Christian University. A student ministry veteran, he has spent years creating and cultivating networks to impact youth. Currently, Chris oversees the work of Back-2-Back Cincinnati, an organization that specializes in orphan care and trauma competency. He and his wife, Sara, live in the Mason area with their three kids: Sunnie, Brinkli, and Finnigan.
LARRY BUDDE, Elder
Larry was part of the original launch team for Echo Church and has spent decades in church leadership. He is originally from Cincinnati and employed at the Cincinnati Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired. He and his wife, Kristen, live in Hyde Park.
STEVE CARR, Founding Elder
Steve has been in active in ministry work for twenty years. He has degrees from Cincinnati Bible Seminary, Xavier University, and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in the fields of ministry and theology. Steve is Vice President of Ministry Development for CDF Capital. He and his wife, Kelly, live in Walnut Hills with their daughter, Kaelyn. ERIC McDONALD, Elder
Eric relocated to the midwest from the West Coast and is employed at Carr Electrical & Mechanical. He and his wife, Melissa, live in Amelia.
KEVIN SCHAD, Elder
Born in Syracuse, New York, Kevin graduated law school from the University of Cincinnati and is now Appellate Director of the Federal Public Defender’s office. He and his wife, Jill, live in Madeira; their daughter, Claire, is a music therapist in the Washington DC area. Kevin has been imperfectly pursuing God his whole life. He has previously served in leadership at multiple Cincinnati churches and is a board member of LOVEboldly, a ministry that is devoted to reconciling the Church to the LGBTQ community.
